Processing Time

Because our products are custom-designed and made to order, please allow 4 - 7 business days for standard orders and 5 - 10 for team/bulk orders to be produced before delivery. Rush production may be available for an additional fee — contact us before ordering if you're working against a deadline.

Shipping Options

Local Pickup (Laredo, TX) — Available at checkout. We'll notify you by email/text when your order is ready for pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

Because the majority of our products are custom-made — including team spirit shirts, personalized apparel, and business-branded goods — we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection after an approved proof, or change of mind.

We will gladly correct the following at no cost to you:

Printing/production errors that do not match your approved proof
Defective materials or manufacturing defects

To report an issue, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at info@vantagecustomlab.com with your order number and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue. We will work with you on a reprint, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Team & Bulk Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before a proof has been approved.
Once a proof is approved and production has begun, deposits become non-refundable, as materials and production time have already been committed.
If you need to adjust quantities or sizes on a team order, contact us as early as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.

Non-Custom / Stock Items

If we offer any ready-made, non-customized products in the future, standard returns for those items (unworn, unused, in original condition) may be accepted within 5 days of delivery.
