Welcome to Vantage Custom Labs. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of vantagecustomlab.com and any purchase you make through our Site. By placing an order or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Vantage Custom Labs is a custom design and printing storefront operated by Vantage GFX, based in Laredo, Texas. We design and produce custom apparel, drinkware, signage, and promotional products for schools, teams, organizations, and businesses.

2. Our Designs Are Original

Unlike print-on-demand services, we do not print customer-submitted or third-party artwork as our primary business. Designs featured and sold on this Site are created by Vantage Custom Labs/Vantage GFX and remain our intellectual property. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, artwork, or creative work to the buyer. Our designs may not be reproduced, resold, or used to create competing products without our written permission.

If you commission a fully custom design for your business or organization, ownership and usage rights for that specific design will be addressed separately in your order agreement or invoice.

3. Orders and Custom Proofs

• When you place an order involving a custom design element (team name, colors, logo placement, etc.), we will provide a digital proof for your review before production begins.
• Production does not begin until you approve the proof in writing (email or written confirmation).
• You are responsible for reviewing your proof carefully — including spelling, colors, sizing, and design placement — before approving. Once approved, changes may not be possible without additional cost and delay.
• We are not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

4. Team and Bulk Orders

• Team, school, and bulk orders may require a deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipment or pickup.
• Turnaround times for team orders will be communicated at the time of quote and depend on order size and design complexity. Please place team orders as early as possible ahead of any deadline (game, event, banquet, etc.).
• Once a bulk/team order proof has been approved and production has started, the order generally cannot be canceled (see Shipping & Returns Policy for details).

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed.
• Payment is processed securely through Square at checkout, or via invoice for business/team quotes.
• Applicable Texas sales tax will be added to your order as required by law.

6. Shipping and Local Pickup

7. Returns and Refunds

Because most of our products are custom-made to order, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail. Please see our full [Shipping & Returns Policy] for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantage Custom Labs and Vantage GFX are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of products, including delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Webb County, Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
